MATTEO CASAROLI
MATTEO CASAROLI FOUNDED ELPHOOD AFTER YEARS SPENT AT THE INTERSECTION OF PROFESSIONAL SPORT, HOSPITALITY, AND FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION. HIS VISION WAS NEVER SIMPLY TO CREATE “HEALTHY FOOD” – IT WAS TO BUILD A SYSTEM IN WHICH FOOD SERVES AS INFRASTRUCTURE FOR HUMAN PERFORMANCE.
WITH DEEP ROOTS IN ITALIAN CULINARY TRADITION AND AN OBSESSION WITH NUTRITIONAL PRECISION, MATTEO SET OUT TO DESIGN A BRAND THAT WOULD CHALLENGE EVERYTHING ASSUMED ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TASTE AND FUNCTION.
